No one showed up
No one showed up for 5am ride to airport set 12 hours day before. Got Uber ride in 8 min using Uber app.

Not worth the bother
Used it once Jul 16 to pre book a ride for my daughter - well guess what she waited and wited and ended up going to the Uber app and just requesting a ride. Great idea but needs to function better with Uber e.g. confim that ride is booked and on the way ?

Please fix app!
Glitch with app after log in. Bounces back and forth with screens, not allowing user to schedule a pick up.

Doesnt work. Refund people their money!!!!!! Zero stars!!!

Nice simple app
Does exactly what I wanted. No problems yet with booking Uber - they have all shown up right on time.
